NEEDS ASSESSMENT

In a first meeting I present you the benefits, effects and background of the skills assessment as well as the different ways it can be carried out. Together we identify your needs. You decide which option suits you best. The standard setting is the individual or semi-individual coaching. If necessary, group work is also possible for employees that are willing to work together as well as to assist each other to highlight each other’s competences.

RESULTS

The results of skills assessment will be summarized for you in a compact one-pager per employee with the most important findings and recommendations.

Additionally, upon request, after the individual or semi-individual coaching sessions, employees receive a four-page report detailing their core competences, which they can retain for future reference, e.g. in performance review, training, etc.

FEEDBACK

After the process, I will give you feedback as part of a final discussion. The skills assessment results will allow you to flexibly assign the tasks and responsibilities of your employees based on their strengths and motivations to the needs of your company.

LOCATION

I carry out the skills assessment sessions on your premises or in our office in Vienna. Of course, if you think that your employees would feel more comfortable elsewhere, you can of course choose a different location.
